COVID-19 NOTICE
First, please allow us to thank you for your patience as we are all navigating these unprecedented times. Things are moving very quickly and change is the only constant. In an effort to keep our clients, doctors, and staff safe from the health risks associated with the Covid-19 virus we are instituting some changes in protocols. We have reached a point of significant reduction in staffing. We will remain open with limited hours, and unless directed otherwise by health officials.
AFTER MARCH 21st WE WILL NOT HAVE OFFICE HOURS WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAYS.
We have hand sanitizers available for use in our office. We are increasing the number of times we sanitize areas and will be sanitizing room surfaces in between patients.
CURBSIDE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT
Due to CDC recommendation we are not permitting clients within the hospital, with very few exceptions. Please wait in your vehicle until an exam room is open. Please call us when you arrive. We will come and get your pet for their appointment. We are limiting the number of healthy/vaccination visits so that we can focus our attention on sick patients. Feel free to utilize our online pharmacy to have medication and food delivered directly to your door. If you are picking up medications please call from the parking lot and pay in advance; we will bring the order to your vehicle once you arrive. Please be mindful of self-quarantine rules in the event that anyone in your household is exposed or sick from the virus.
WE WILL BE LAUNCHING OUR TELEMEDICINE SERVICE THIS UPCOMING WEEK.
This will enable you to consult one of our veterinarians, for a fee, utilizing technology. You will be able to talk with us through a video call. Social distancing is our top priority and we appreciate your cooperation with these changes to keep everyone safe! We will keep you updated on the status of our hospital during this rapidly evolving situation. We hope you all remain healthy and we are here to continue to help keep your pets healthy.
